Ohms Electrical operates a fully flexible approach and can work from your detailed drawings or create these for you. We will take an intelligent, informed and professional approach to your project.

Electrical contracting is a strictly regulated trade. We are NICEIC Registered and our workforce is made of fully qualified electricians who work only to BS 7671 2008 regulations.

In detail we offer

Full Design and Pre-Design Capability for all types of Electrical Installation

We offer best value and could restructure your project to fit your budget and still meet your need

We always recommend Pre-Installation On-Site Consultancy, to trouble shoot potential problems at the planning stage and ensure a project is always on schedule, and avoid the unexpected

A properly installed and well maintained installation could help save lives. And an NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificate is widely considered as the best available evidence that an installation complies with BS 7671.

We are NICEIC registered

Ohms Electrical Engineers always conform to this standard. WE will issue an NICEIC Certificate before any of our new installations are put into service and wherever we carry out new work associated with alterations or additions to existing installs.

If we alter, add to, or extend an existing circuit we will provide an NICEIC Minor Works Certificate. We can also report on and describe the condition (satisfactory/unsatisfactory) of an existing installation through an NICEIC Periodic Report Form.

All our Electrical work is covered by the NICEIC Guarantee of Standards.

According to the Union of Concerned Scientists, if every household replaced just one regular incandescent light bulb with a compact fluorescent light bulb, it would prevent 90 billion pounds of greenhouse gas emissions from power plants, the equivalent of taking 7.5 million cars off the road.

And the Environmental Protection Agency says that by replacing regular light bulbs with compact fluorescent light bulbs at the same minimal rate, would save enough energy to light more than 2.5 million homes for a year.
